Information Text on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data

At Foralto Information Technologies Inc. ("Company"), we prioritize the security and confidentiality of your personal data. Accordingly, we are committed to processing and safeguarding all personal data belonging to our website visitors, clients, partners, and associates in strict accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). Acting in our capacity as a "Data Controller," we process your personal data as detailed below within the legal framework established by the legislation.

1. Collection, Processing and Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is gathered depending on the specific services, products, or commercial transactions provided by our Company. Information may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through automatic or non-automatic channels, including our corporate offices, customer support channels, website contact forms, social media platforms, and mobile interfaces. We process, store, and regularly update this data throughout the duration of your commercial relationship with our Company.

Pursuant to the personal data processing conditions set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, your collected data will be processed to deliver our products and services, ensure the operational and legal security of business relationships with Foralto, formulate corporate commercial strategies, and coordinate human resources and recruitment processes.

2. To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

To satisfy the operational, strategic, and compliance purposes detailed above, your processed personal data may be transferred to our strategic business partners, key suppliers, corporate shareholders, legal affiliates, and authorized public institutions or regulatory bodies, in line with the data sharing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

3. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

We collect your personal data through verbal, written, or electronic channels to perform our contractual duties, deliver our services, and satisfy our statutory legal obligations. Data collected under this legal framework is processed and shared only for the explicit purposes outlined in Sections 1 and 2, and strictly under the conditions defined in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

4. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Enumerated in Article 11 of the KVKK Law

As a data subject, you may submit requests to exercise your rights to our Company using the procedures outlined below. We will resolve your inquiry free of charge within a maximum of thirty days, depending on the complexity of the request. If the request incurs administrative expenses as defined by the Personal Data Protection Board, we reserve the right to charge the fee tariff set by the Board. Under the KVKK, you possess the right to:

  • Learn whether personal data is processed or not,
  • Request information if personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK Law and other relevant laws, and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
  • Object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • Request compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

In accordance with Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the KVKK, you must submit your request to exercise your rights in writing or via other methods authorized by the Personal Data Protection Board. Written applications should be delivered directly to our corporate address.
